Yes — we're flexible. We regularly adapt to client-side workflows, tools and governance. Whether you use Jira, Monday, Trello or something else, we’ll integrate into your way of working.

Do you provide technical documentation and handover?

Absolutely. We document architecture, code, workflows and systems in clear, usable formats — making it easy for your internal team (or another partner) to pick up and run with the work.

How do you handle changes or scope adjustments mid-project?

We’re realistic — change happens. Our sprint-based approach gives you regular opportunities to prioritise. If something new emerges, we assess the impact together and update plans transparently.
